Seasonal Workshop Series

Expand. Energise. Flow.

This Summer I'm offering a series of three small-group-workshops designed to give us the time and space to explore movement in greater depth than a regular class allows.

Each Workshop focuses on a different aspect of healthy movement, helping you move with greater ease, strength and confidence in everyday life.

DAY 1: EXPAND

Friday 3rd July: 2.00 - 4.30 PM

On our first day our theme is EXPAND.

We'll be exploring breath work, mobility and mindful movement to create more space and freedom in your body.

Feel Lighter and more mobile!

DAY 2: ENERGISE

Saturday 4th July - 2.00-4.30pm

Today our focus will be to ENERGISE.

We'll focus on building strength, improving balance and resilience through a combination of Reformer Pilates, mat work and functional movement challenges.

Feel energised and confident in your movement!

DAY 3: FLOW

Sunday 5th July - 10-12.30pm

Today we'll create FLOW.

This is one of Pilates' core principles and a quality we often seek in daily life.

Feel connected, uplifted and ready for summer! 

About The Workshops

Our ethos at Elisabeth Pilates Studio reflects the original values and ethos of Pilates as created by Joseph Pilates 100 years ago in 1926.

And that is to use it from strength, recovery and longevity.

Our Summer workshops are designed for exactly that.

Each one has limited spaces - just 4 practitioners per class.

And that means a truly personalised Pilates experience that meets your individual needs.

We'll spend 2 1/2 hours per workshop exploring movement in a way that feels good and you'll leave feeling energised and more confident in your movement.
