The mat floor exercises are low impact, ideal for beginners to advanced students. The classes incorporate all the key principles of Pilates, such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, control movement and flexibility.

Recommended for anyone seeking relief from chronic pain, rehabilitation after surgery or recovery from an injury.
Small group (space is limited to 3 persons) with individually tailored exercises using resistance equipment designed to strengthen, stretch and tone specific muscle groups.
Class is designed for a variety of levels.
Introduction to Pilates
After screening and a discussion about health history and life style/goals, a programme is developed specially for each individual based on existing injuries, weaknesses or sports-specific goals.
