Thanks to the friendly, patient and well trained personal attention I’ve received from Elisabeth since having surgery to remove a disc, I no longer have pain in my lower back and the weakness is improving with each session. Pilates is a lot easier than you think and the movements are gauged to your own personal strengths/weaknesses. I’m extremely glad I took the plunge as it has made an enormous difference to the way I walk and my general energy levels which I believe increase with each lesson.
